Light jog to cool, then players sit in a circle. Coach asks three players to name one teammate they haven't spoken to yet and one thing they noticed. No tactics. Just people.

- This group becomes a team before it becomes a system
- Listen more than you speak — that applies to me too
- We go again tomorrow; legs up tonight
Progressions
- Each day increase the tactical content of the circle as the group gels
- By Thursday this becomes a proper debrief
