5v5 with Ben Steinmetz in one goal and a rotating field player in the other as a GK. Four-minute games with a one-minute swap to rest the outfield player in goal. No coach pauses. Let them play. Score, celebrate, reset.

• GK rotation: everyone has a go — it builds appreciation for what Ben does
