Possession Rondo 5v2 with Targets

Five keep ball from two defenders. Two target players stand outside the grid — a point is scored by playing out to a target and receiving back. Forces players to look up and find the safe option.

• Eyes up — scan before you receive, not after
• Defenders press as a pair; cut the passing angle, don't just chase
• Play the easy pass first; make the clever pass when it's on

• Reduce grid to 12x12 to limit time on the ball
• Require two passes to targets in sequence before earning a point
